Exactly. All he has to do is stand there, let Manning to his thing. Keep it simple of defense, play back, run the cover 2, give up points but not too many, smile, and work on your own special causes.

Coach affirmative action is an overrated joke. I'd love to see him switch jobs with Joe Average coach that doesn't have the best qb ever or the most talented defense ever.

Heck, John Gruden won the year after he left and couldn't win in the playoffs. He can't game plan. He just runs the same ultra conservative shit on defense.

He would have been the " marty ball" choak artist coach if it weren't for manning taking the fall for him every year. Then when the colts win it is fungy on the stand with the lombardi trophy. Made me sick.

I would say if you get bounced by Norv two years in a row with all the money on the line, you need to walk away.
