ABC Islands And New Teaser Prices ~ Is It Worth It?

Below is ABC Islands new prices on their once famous teasers in which "ties win". Will you continue to play there after the price increase? Is the increase on juice worth it to you considering the fact that they are one of the few that offer "ties win" on their 6-7 teasers? Other than this, I see nothing desirable at this book that will entice players to stick around or bring in new ones......

The new rules really knocks down ABC and their popularity.

This teasers were their trademark.

Still an outstanding sportsbook however.

6-pt -105 ties win is not terrible, but the others are not good. This knock them down several notches for sure. "The King of Teasers" label really isn't applicable anymore.

I agree Fish, but that is not more. I truly see nothing special at their book besides those teasers. No reduced juice, hardly ever any futures listed, etc......
Yes they do pay, that's "usually" not a problem though with any reputable book.......

Maybe after a dip in business they will go back to their original teaser prices............ NOT!

I called ABC and CLOSED my account and had them send me the balance. Their teasers were the only value that distinguished them from other books. Books that have no ''Value" are a dime a dozen. Time to move on. LT

The are also one of the very few that will grade a loss on a Monster Teaser for Football or Basketball "No Action"

Gee, I wonder why Pinnacle encourages NBA teasers so much at slightly better than the prevailing offshore prices. Oh, I think I know...

ABC is still a great place to play.

Focus on these 2 selections:
3-team 6-pt teasers at +185. This is the best on the net.
2-team 6-pt teasers at -105. First, -105 is a good price (though not as good as Hollywood) for a book that takes 3 dimse on NFL teasers. Second, ties win... So look very closely at "super wise-guy teasers" that have 1 or more teams on an even point spread.

2-team 6-pt -105 ABC (ties win) is NOT as good as 2-team 6-pt +100, except one circumstance... If you are playing a home favorite at -3 - in that case, it is worth the extra juice. If you have two of these teams, even better.

I too have closed my account. Their software is from the sixties. My fear is that a TON of people were ONLY playing teasers there...particularly the teasers that have now changed. That means people will be heading for the exits as football winds down. Hope they survive the run.
