ABCNEWS HOLDS TERROR WARNING TAPE

In the last week before the election, ABCNEWS is holding a videotaped message from a purported al Qaeda terrorist warning of a new attack on America, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

The terrorist claims on tape the next attack will dwarf 9/11. "The streets will run with blood," and "America will mourn in silence" because they will be unable to count the number of the dead. Further claims: America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.

ABCNEWS strongly denies holding the tape back from broadcast over political concerns during the last days of the election.

The CIA is analyzing the tape, a top federal source tells the DRUDGE REPORT.

ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend, sources tells DRUDGE.

"We have been working 24 hours a day trying to authenticate [the tape]," a senior ABCNEWS source said Wednesday morning, dismissing a claim that ABC was planning to air portions of the video during Monday's WORLD NEWS TONIGHT.

The terrorist's face is concealed by a headdress, and he speaks in an American accent, making it difficult to identify the individual.

US intelligence officials believe the man on tape may be Adam Gadhan - aka Adam Pearlman, a California native who was highlighted by the FBI in May as an individual most likely to be involved in or have knowledge of the next al Qaeda attacks.

According to the FBI, Gadahn, 25, attended al-Qaida training camps and served as an al-Qaida translator.

The disturbing tape runs an hour -- the man simply identifies himself as 'Assam the American.'

They pulled a media blackout on the radical muslims lopping off heads and now they hide this from the public, meanwhile they run panties gate for 40 days and 40 nights.

Kerry basically says there is no threat. How can a guy with al qaida claiming they plan to hit American on a scale that will dwarf 9-11 be bad for Bush. Wow, I hope this is true and does come out so I can prove you wrong. I just don't want to hear you crying about the liberal media if this does get reported.

Bush wants us to believe the threat is out there, but something like this reminds us that we have not apprehended the terrorists, that they are here in the United States and that they have nothing to do with Iraq. Plus, state line about electing George Bush is not helpful.

If Bush thought this was actually helpful to him he could make sure it leaks out for sure. His people in the CIA, FBI, National Secruity have this info (of course this is all assuming this story is true. Coming from Drudge, it's 50/50 at best).

Kerry hasn't so much as told the insurgent scum, that the virgin count is running low in heaven. His entire campaign now is to hope things get worse in Iraq and the muslim scum are doing what they can in these last days to get Kerry elected.

Of course that has little to do with the Al Qada threat in American expect to the extent that is has created more terrorists.

If the tape favored Kerrys chances ABC would run it day and night until the election. I'm really surprised you are this naive. ABCs position is they don't want to effect the outcome election, since when did they become concerned with harming Bush?
