He died after fighting a long bout with Colon Cancer...
He was arguably the most prominent gambling attorney in the world...
He was one of the pioneers in this industry, structuring the first set of sports books located in Curacao called "T.I.S.S."
He handled hallmark cases, winning a big one for a card counter in Black Jack who the casino in Las Vegas didn't want to pay...
Th key to this success as I remember him telling me is that the state laws regarding card counting were not the same in Vegas as they are in New Jersey...
It is not ILLEGAL in Nevada to count cards, period, although the Vegas casinos tried using this as their excuse not to pay out...
At least it wasn't back then...
Kenny was also very involved in the realm of offshore sports betting, too...
Some of the people he represented at one time or another besides me included Jay Cohen, various members of the Computer Group, Billy Walters, etc...
