A Small Warning to some. . .

I know that a lot of you guys are very sharp and have been doing this for a long time and agree 100% on what I am going to say . . .

This can be a very bad time for a lot of bettors, and the main reason of this is the lack of games. In the regular season there are so many games so it is a lot easier to cap games because there are hundreds of matchups and weak lines. However, when it gets down to this time of the year a lot of people start losing site of a huge advantage that vegas has on us - bad money management.

Make sure that you arent playing a larger % of your BR then you should on these games just because it is march Madness and the final four. These games are VERY tough to cap because the teams are so talented, and vegas has put a lot of thought into these games. I see a lot of cappers picking a team from every game and that is a huge mistake. Maybe 1 game a day should do it under these circumstances or even none!! I played TCU, Lousiville, and Louiville under today and that IMO was too many games.


Just a fair warning! Make sure you arent becoming an action bettor rather than a solid capper!! They Dont call it March Madness for nothing!!

Great reminder Kruser...At this time of year you do not want to give it back if up and not go deeper into the hole if down....

Slow and steady up or down it is the best way.....

Great Post! I personally have been wagering more on games than normal and alot of it has to do with my bankroll getting stronger and I have been hitting my larger games. This is one of the reasons I am questioning UNC play tomorrow as it has been a very successful week so far being up about 130+ units ! Great reminder!

Exactly right Hawk, that is what prompted my post in the first place. . .

I have seen too many. . "Largest plays of the years" (Including me!) and others . . . Just too misleading to some people that are following. I dont think anybody should have thier largest plays of the years during this time of the year with the few games we have to choose from! Thanks for your input hawk

i have cut my normal wager to 1/4 of what i used to wager normally during this crazy month in all sports

if this was me 15 years ago i would of been in debt for 25 grand.

hahaha, its been a crazy month thats for sure. Good money management this month, and I am in the same boat with ya, Can not wait till BASEBALL. . I get excited just thinking about it!!
