That being said, could def. park one at yankee stadium- Fenway i don't know, i played at a Fenway-modeled ballpark that Bucky Dent created in Florida, the wall is ridiculously high. not good for a righty-hitter in high school haha
chiefssth said:Definitely. MLB parks aren't any different than the fields I played on in high school and college plus the ball flies better in those parks. If you made good solid contact on a 85 mph fastball or higher, you could do it. That would be real cool.

If you're going up against high school pitching, hitting one out at Fenway, Yankee or any major league stadium is easily within reason. Hitting one out against a major league pitcher, would likely be a different story. But have to agree, hitting one our at a major league park would be real cool.

SkinsRaj28 said:Uh...no. Wood bats have pop, yes, but just as much as an aluminum bat? Not a fucking chance. There's a reason that there's now a movement in college baseball to switch to wood. It's far too dangerous.
As for hitting a HR...I'm sure many could groove a pitch over the wall in either stadium, but I think it'd take a pitcher throwing some decent heat, not soft-tossing it in there.
