a movie in a heartbeat. I've never seen a Broadway show though but haven't felt the urge to.

Never been to a Broadway show, but we go to the movies all of the time & love it.

There's something magical about the moveis & going to see a new release with the people, the smell of the popcorn & getting stuff at the concession stands, and finding your seat somewhere behind the big screen.

Stopped going to the movies for a couple of years, then started back regularly and recommend to anyone that doesn't bother going go out & try it.

Watching the same movie at home is no comparison....

~~:<< That ! Wasn't a Choice
lol... but if I said to her what do you want to do tonight. She would say, "lets go out" (which means lets go get drinks). Of course I am always happy to ablige because some nights its a night club where tons of beautiful girls are and sometimes its just a dive bar where we can get good beer and good food.

Movies are like hamburgers -- cheap, reliable and usually good, but nothing memorable. But Broadway shows are like a $60 steak prepared just right.

So, yet another "Saw" sequel vs. a revival of "Hair"? I'll take the live show.
