Hey guys, I'm a long-time lurker and respect the posters who make quality plays (C-Lo, Boxslayer, Mike Chad RIP, Tater,) I'd like to help contribute to the forum with my opinion on games and plays. I don't run my mouth like some of these ballbusters, so don't expect b.s. in my threads. With that said, here is what I played for Wed:
Record (Forum): 0-0
NY -1.5 for 3.5 units
I took this overnight thinking everyone will be on Boston the next day and that the line will behave like the Cleveland/Pistons Game. I was wrong as I'm seeing pk's now on several books. However, I don't think this is the wrong play. Knicks are going to give %110 percent for this game as the Celtics blew them out before, made critical comments towards the knicks in mid-season, and the Knicks are playing for something. I don't like going against a hot team like the Celtics, but then you have to scratch your head and wonder why aren't they fav. in this matchup.
NO +9 for 1.8 units
The hornets were blown out by the Mavs last time around and are now facing the Jekyll and Hyde Wolves. Coach Scott was pissed and I'm pretty sure he made them better prepared for this game. As for the Wolves, they are considered heavy favorites by the public % and that is never a good sign. Whenever the Wolves are a "heavy boat," they sink.
