Yea I saw that the other night. Really sad. I'll never understand why some people have to leave us while others get to stay around. RIP Brendan.

I couldn't and still can't understand what he says at the end when the reporter asks him what makes him sad.

Death makes people look at things differently. But instead of thinking about his own self, he helped others. Not too many people you can say that about when they know they are about to die. He was only 11, not like he was an adult. For a child to do this really says something about his charactor. I'm sure he would still feel the need to help the homeless even if he was never sick. Geez, glass half empty!
