Using the vast resources of capital and research at his disposal as the head of Japanese industrial conglomerate Hitachi, Amemiya has distributed 36 machines to Afghanistan, Cambodia, Nicaragua, Thailand and Vietnam for free -- but he refuses to sell them to any government at any price.
