As I feared the family was not prepared for this outcome. At the first place I called the lowest rate was well over $4,000 which is an impossible figure for them to work with. Update as of 7pm local CR time: Many neighbors have stepped in and helped. Arrangements are now in place for a burial tomorrow at the Obreros cementery. His school mates and teachers donated the coffin, and we -TheRx team- paid the doctors' services and medicine to help the elder ladies cope with the difficult moment. We are also contributing towards the funeral service fees. What an honor to have been able to help them in this most difficult situation!!!
