Although I'm Canadian, I'll never forget this day 7 years ago. My prayers go out to all those that lost their lives and their loved ones, to all the policemen and firemen, who were so courageous going into burning buildings trying to save strangers they had never met, and of course to all the men and women in uniform serving in Iraq and Afghanistan to protect all of us at home and to whom we owe our freedoms.
