Andy Murray stands as joint 3.9 (+290) favourite with Roger Federer for the Australian Open following the Scot's victory at the Qatar Open today.
Murray defeated Andy Roddick 6-4 6-2 to lift his second trophy of the season, and has two defeats of Federer under his belt in 2009.
Having been matched at a high of 15.0 (+1400)Murray has shortened relentlessly in to his current low price.
Rafael Nadal is a couple of ticks back from the leading pair at 5.7 (+470) with Novak Djokovic the only other player in single figures at 8.2 (+720).
