The extended break will be beneficial to goaltender Martin Biron, who has been battling the flu. The popgun attack on offense has sparked trade rumors involving many of the team's young blueline stars. The one bright spot for the Preds has been the play of goaltenders Dan Ellis and Pekka Rinne, who have had stellar performances spoiled by the lack of goal support.<o></o>
