This is the third time in about two months. Don't understand it, but don't want the neighbor's peeping on. This time when i call Linksys there will be a 50.00 charge which is fine if it doesn't do it again in about a week. Can reseting the button or plugging and moving cause a reset and have it go from secured to unsecured. I also ran a wash on the computer thinking that would solve some other issues i am having.:think2:

Went ahead and called and spent one hour and 30 minutes on the phone but finally got it fixed. What a bunch of crap.

Next time type 192.168.1.101 in your title bar and this should bring up your linksys router or modems homepage where you can reset all your passwords and security settings yourself.
Make sure if you are using a laptop, that you plug into your router and/or modem to control that unit.
