here's my take on this

if she hasn't gotten off the couch in a long time - who the hell fed her?!

whoever did is partly to blame for this.

and weighing that much - and not being off the couch for that long - who the hell bathed her - or did she goes years w/o a cleaning? also - you couldn't brush her teeth since she would think it was food - and eat it.

and here's something even more gross:

Imagine "going down" on her?! there isn't enough money in the world to make me do it - not that i could find/access it.

Yea becuz' 600 pounds is not that believable, but still to wiegh 480 pounds is really nasty how can some one get that big & not do anyting about it.That is just wrong.

i am pretty sure she had someone sneaking her food when the responsible person was away at work or either that the responsible person was a real a$&hole and did it. saw something very similar on maury a while back, not that i really watch those shows. but she refused to say who was giving her the food, and said she was following the strict diet but a former nurse who was on said basicallt that its BS becuase under her watch of the same supposed diet she lost a lot of weight.

the problem in that case was, the healthcare and that something like a weight problem is not suffiecient enough to have most low level or free health cares flip the bill for inpatient services.

very similar, if not same story. woman was +600 and hadnt been off the couch in close to a year.
