Michigan St +15 1/2 - Penn St has been plain BAD on Offense in their last 3 games, don't care what they did to Indiana, they were up 7 at the half there, lost at Iowa and barely scored anything at Ohio st, and now they are going to beat the 3rd best big ten team by more than 2 TD's?<o></o>
