Seattle - Are you referring to Charlie Fry? Matt Hasselbeck has thrown a total of 8 passes in game one of the pre-season in a short stint. He did not play at all in game 2 and has not been practicing this week - Stiff back. They may hold him out until game 1 regular season. #2 QB Seneca Wallace was limited in practice with a sore groin and did not play in game 2 as well. Charlie Fry played the whole game 2 and is taking most of the snaps in practice and will likely be the starter this Monday against SD.

Buffalo - Quarterback Trent Edwards has a swollen bruise above his right kneecap, which forced him to miss practice Wednesday, a day after the Buffalo Bills starter knocked knees in a collision with running back Marshawn Lynch.

Walking with a noticeable limp, Edwards was relieved the injury to his lower right quadriceps wasn’t as severe as he initially feared, but added he’s not sure whether he’ll play in Buffalo’s third preseason game at Indianapolis on Sunday.

Charley Fry ran up a lot of points last week.

The Seahawks "RAN" up a lot of points in spite of Charlie Frye. 241 rushing yards and 2 TD to be exact. Charlie Frye had zero T.D. and 3 interceptions. Far cry from being in "mid-season form".

"They are who we thought they were"
Chicago's defense last 3 pre-season games.

KC = 24
Sea = 29
SF = 37

SD defense is a lot better then Chicago's defense.

Congratulations on the 3-0 week so far. Good luck on your last game. If Seneca Wallace plays significant minutes I think you've got a fighting chance.

Should San Diego win tonight at home? Do you think Wallace can play consistent enough to win or cover tonight?

Love to hear some feedback due to 3 bets depend on SD ML for me tonight. (See Help, Hedge Monday night thread)

@Boxed Lunch

A profit is a profit. I've read your thread and if I was in your place I would hedge. Good luck whatever you decide. BTW, looks like S.Wallace will back up C.Frye tonight. I like S.W. more, but these two QB's are backups for a reason. Seattle offensive starters will not play a lot tonight.

I also have S.D. ML by taking them on a 6 point teaser. For the Seahawk's bettors, having Seneca Wallace come in later in the game may be to their advantage playing against 2nd and 3rd stringers. I always thought Wallace played well in pre-season in that role. Hopefully, S.D. could end up winning by 3 and make us all happy.

From what I've been reading it looks like the Seahawks want to get the young wide receivers a lot of action tonight since their 2 starters will probably be out for game one of the regular season - Branch and Engram. Could be some scoring late in the game if Wallace is in.

Here's what I've been reading by the local Seahawk's beat writer.

--Mike Holmgren plans to break with preseason tradition Monday night by not playing all his starters into the third quarter. Chargers coach Norv Turner says he'll stay with what has become the Week 3 modus operandi in the NFL.

--No. 3 quarterback Charlie Frye...will again start, because quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is out with a tight back and backup Seneca Wallace missed time during the week with a tight groin.

...Chargers defense that has given the Seahawks fits in previous summer matchups. "They're a very good defensive team," Holmgren said. "So that's good. It's a gauge as to where (our players) are."

The more I think about it, S.D. first half looks like a good bet.

CAPBROS...

another new face i i've been checking out.
great job this preseason, i personally won't attempt any nflx games because i find it near impossible to acurately hit preseason with any consistency.
i will wait until week 1 to start downloading information.

again, best of luck to ya, congrats on the nice run and keep it going.:103631605
