Anybody else having a problem with waiting for their processor to clear your echeck so you can make a withdrawl?

It's been now over a month for me and I haven't been able to make a withdrawl in that time period. Anybody else in the same boat?

I've been waiting since early December at WSEX for an e-check to clear so I can withdraw
