Driving to Detroit next Friday to watch Det/Edm Saturday afternoon.

It's an early start 3:00pm, which leaves me and three others to explore

some civilized Detroit nightlife. Any suggestions as to where we can go.

We're thinking about hotel downtown with shuttle service to the arena, after game hop in a cab, and try to find a decent watering hole.

Drive back on Sunday.

Any suggestions would be appreciated (places to see / and places to avoid).
