If you ever call 5 Dimes customer service, make sure you don't speak to a guy named Dave. I called him with my Western Union info at 10:55 AM this morning. I called back at 11:45 when no money was in my account to find out the delay. I was then informed they had no record of me calling in my transaction. I spoke again to Dave as he is the supervisor on duty and he hung up on me. I called back and he stated he has never spoken to me. This pissed me off as he is the only guy working so I know I spoke to him. I gave him my control # again and asked him for an apology for the delay. He insisted he never spoke to me. I asked him to check the tape to verify I indeed spoke with him. He refused. I love 5 Dimes but their customer service has really gone down the tubes.
