Really? My sign up was instantaneous. Perhaps you mean the funding aspect? You really should be more specific when responding to a thread as to not give accurate information.

They seem legit to me. I am certainly not going to send them my lifes savings, but more and more books are starting to use them and they seem to be outside the reach of the US (In Malta in a country without seizable bank accounts). I do not have a problem with them being open business hours. They were probably started by a few guys and simply want their weekends off.

What are they exactly?

Account based transactions like NETELLER?

Seems like they allow you to fund by credit card? Other methods?

How do you withdraw?

Ecocard seems similar to neteller.
They only seem to allow deposit by wire transfer, WU, and moneygram. And withdrawal is only by wire transfer.

I've used them in the past with pointbet. ECO card is fine. Better than Neteller actually because they don't have so many stupid security checks. It's almost as though they believe in personal responsiblity.

I wish I could say the same for pointbet. They seem to be going under and I'm getting stiffed $4500. Nothing to do with ECO card, though.
