Why doesn't someone set up a non gambling merchant account in the US? Sounds too easy, must be a catch somewhere.

It wouldn't matter if you could find a non gaming merchant. What part of FROZEN MONEY do you guys not understand? ALL US money in those accounts are frozen. You can't do shit about it. You cant open a Canadian Neteller and transfer it over and you can't buy anything non gaming with it.

FROZEN means FROZEN

It's expensive and you have to actually have an online business of some sort. You apply, NETeller calls, and the business background check starts.

So you can't just be some Joe Blow and do it. Have to have some credentials of sorts.

xpanda,

I know you banned me from posting which is your choice. I talked with Marty and would like to help one of your posters get their funds from Neteller. I will do it for nothing, just so people who have no hope realize there is a solution.

Now you can ignore this if you choose, but the person on the site that seems the most upset is WVU and he says that he has $70,000 tied up. If I can help him, I can prove to everyone, that they can get their funds.

You can ignore this if you choose, and then I will call Marty on Monday and propose it to him.

VanWilson.

"You are clueless. Call Neteller and ask them if us citizens can transfer funds to non gaming merchants and they will tell you YES!"

You cannot even call Neteller and talk to a rep if you are in the US. They don't answer the phones or respond to emails from US customers. With that I'm not sure how you can stop a pending EFT.

What dont you guys understand, your funds are not FROZEN!

Hopefully this sinks in, neteller funds that belong to US cleints CAN be sent to a non gaming merchant, ALSO i just had my EFT cancelled.

Van Wilson is very legit, BTW.

I cant beleive how hard headed some people are in here and refuse to listen to others who are more deeply involved.

Really Brett,

When do you call. Everytime I try I get hung up on no matter what time. Please let me know how to communicate with them outside of the FAQ of course.

Neteller is responding to at least some requests from US members. About 3 weeks ago, I requested (via email) the cancellation of a pending EFT. Yesterday, it was processed.

So, you were able to cancel and put back into Neteller account...

Even if you were lucky enough to cancel your pending eft and put money back into your account it makes no difference. You still can't withdrawal your money.

So, now what are you going to do??

Im not a ghost of Van Wilson but i can see where it appears that way since i am new. I joined a few other forums to get/share information about neteller just recently.

The above poster just said he got his EFT cancelled and funds put back into your account so hes a liar too right since all american funds are frozen.

Some of you guys are crazy.

If you haver nothing to add but your speculation and B.S. then don't confuse the posters here!

That's great that you aren't being bent over by Neteller and or the DOJ but most of us here who are concerned have money that we may never see again and it pisses me off!

If you are serious about this offer then I am willing to give you a chance to prove this works. The 70k I have frozen is not all in one account. I will let you try to do your thing with one of my accounts.

Look ActionBret,

Have I been following it? Unlike you I have $$ in purgatory and what you are saying is BS. It's incredibly hard to contact them. I have been trying for two weeks and keep getting hung up on. My account is now UnCertified so I cannot P2P it or even transfer it to a merchant for that matter (and all Americans accounts are UnCertified). Dude quit the BS and stop cheerleading for Van Wilson. My question is if VanWilson is legit, why would he need extra people to create names to cheerlead for him? He wouldn't that why. And WVU better think about that before he sends him any $$
