What parties were involved ?....obviously NT was one, who was the other(s)......

go to the source.....and just "think" what you can do

It was an internet transaction......

Use your god given brains and figure it out....



I won't post it.........everytime someone posted a way to get your money out it got blocked within days, NT searches these forums daily, and if they see vulnerability they then block it from continuing because they ain't payin' no one in the USA !!!

i am guessing someting to do with your bank account as most people sent NT EFT's through there banks...i am nit sure if we are talking about calling our banks and claiming fradulent charges on the bank accts for the NT transactions. I was thinking long and hard about this one all day. I was also thinking if you new the offshores NT ID number you could just plug that into your transfer. Guess i am lost as well...i will continue to think of our options

Sounds like we have a lot of mentally challenged people here then, including myself. If this were such a no brainer why aren't more people thinking of it and why has Neteller not shut the option down already?

Have you confirmed this method will still work? Will it work for everybody?

Pinnacle has nothing to do with it.....In most peoples cases there was a different party that was / is involved..

here's few thoughts on charges/fraud-claims

1.) most banks will reinburse you temporarily the balance you claim in dispute. after which both you and the merchant will submit their sides of the story along w/any proofs and documents. the bank will make the final ruling and decide who has the rightful claim to the funds. the whole process take at least a few weeks to month(s). so just b/c you have the funds reversed to your bank account now, don't assume it has actually worked. your bank might decide against you in the final ruling and revert the funds back to neteller.

2.) the most you can claim in a dispute is up to the amount you deposited into neteller. so if you win and your neteller account balance exceeds the amount you have originally deposited into neteller. you're s.o.l for the net extra portion, and i'm sure neteller will be thrilled to deal w/ you further once you have claimed they have commited fraud

3.) disputing fraud on a large amount will have much more scrutiny by gov't regulators such as irs.. are you sure you want that extra exposure?
