According to Vegas oddsmakers this is one of the closer Bowl Games. StatShark agrees with this assessment, although the slight underdog, Tulsa is winning over 50% (50.3%) of simulations. QB Paul Smith is passing for 250+ yds and completing nearly 70% of his passes. Tulsa is also rushing for over 170 yds. Tulsa isn't scoring a lot of TDs but they are kicking field goals to give them a very slight edge on the scoreboard. Utah's Brett Ratliff is also forecasted for a good game, but if Tulsa can limit turnovers they can pull the mild upset.
