Well I’m almost 3 weeks into my transition from life long East Coast living to my next chapter here in SoCal. I’m proud to report that I slept til 6a PST! I’ve settled into a nice routine and I’m enjoying the transition. So far so good as I can honestly say… I love it here. However, we have business to attend to! I’ve stated my season goal was to reach the +80 unit mark and it’s within reach. “Slow and steady wins the race”…. Settle is folks cause the next 5 days or so we are in store for some really good ball, and hopefully we get in the correct side of the games!!

In fact I'll be there April 12 weekend for my brother's 49th birthday. Welcome to Socal. It's an unbelievable place to live. You'll love it there since you're close to the ocean. The ocean adds years of your life they say.

I lived 30 minutes south of Carlsbad for 40 years. Moved to Arizona 8 years ago but still go to San Diego at least 10 times a year because most of my siblings are still there. The ocean adds years of your life they say.

I’ve had a special relationship with the Atlantic and Gulf of America most my adult life! It’s strange, but I’ve noticed that when I’m distant from the water for a prolonged period, a part of me “aches”. I’m serious!! It’s like a magnetism or something especially since my morning routine, which is where I’m literally headed to now, is prayer and meditation on the beach! I LOVE being in or around the water. For me, He exists there! Or at least that’s where I feel His presence the most. I’ve often wondered if out genetic makeup which is over 70% water if I’m not mistaken, plays a part in the connection or magnetism I’d mentioned, in what draws and connects someone to the water … most ppl would laugh but I know like I know, that I’m most happiest in my life when I’m within a Cpl miles of a large body of water. I like to think that that “entity” likes when I visit the beach as well!

From what I read this morning, one is doubtful and one is/was questionable. Almost made Chat a 3 unit play. I really like N Texas too… practicing discipline and sticking with both as higher end 2 unit plays!!

ML is worth a look for Chat too but I took it on a 1/2 unit play which I don’t post!
