PLEASE pay attention to these rules, and how to post your plays.....There were a couple of you that refused to put your games in rotation order during the contest, which made it much more difficult to grade....for the purposes of the bracket contest, if your picks are not put in the correct order, as shown here, they WILL NOT count......There is no reason to make this hard...As long as everyone can put them in the common sense order, according to the brackets, then it will be very simple to grade, and i will update the scoring after each round, so everyone knows where they stand....and to the other 96% of you that always put your games in rotation order, as asked, THANK YOU very much for your cooperation...makes it much easier......

Lets have a fun March Madness, as we roll towards the $$$$$$$

If you dont have a copy of the brackets, so that you know what order of games to use, u can view one here...

First off, check the other thread to see how many entries you have for the contest....there are several people who earned 2 entries.....If u did, then U MUST INCLUDE IN EVERY POST, EITHER #1, OR #2, SO I KNOW WHICH ENTRY THOSE PICKS GO WITH...YOU WILL HAVE 2 SEPERATE POSTS IN EACH ROUND'S THREADS....

When posting your winners for each round, might i suggest getting a printed version of the brackets, filling it out, then posting from that, will make it much easier......Each round entries will need to be put in order, starting just like your brackets, upper left, Atlanta region, followed by Oakland Region, followed by Washington Region, and finally the Minneapolis region.......

For the first round, you will simply list the 8 winners from the upper left bracket, top to bottom, then the next 8 winners from the bottom left bracket, and so on.....VERY SIMPLE....Just go down your bracket and it will be very simple to read, and grade......

On your championship game post, please pick the Total Score for the Chmpshp game, as a tiebreaker......
If u have any question about how to post your picks, please ask here......

All picks MUST BE IN BY 11 A.M., EST ON THURSDAY......DO NOT WAIT TIL LAST MINUTE, AND THEN BE MAD CUZ YOU WERE 1 MINUTE LATE, AND LOST OUT.....THERE ARE 3 1/2 DAYS TO GET PICKS IN......

You ONLY NEED TO LIST THE WINNING TEAM, not the game, etc.

I think this is the payout schedule. I have a question too, I think it is obvious but I am not sure. I am assuming that each of us must make all selections, in every round and bracket before the Thursday dealine. Meaning, that we are selecting only winners and not ATS. Is that correct? If not, would somebody correct me.

We will have a Prize Pool of 4700.00, therefore prizes will be as follows...

For each of the 8 weeks , we will award the top 3

1st- 150.00
2nd- 100.00
3rd- 50.00

That will leave us with 2300.00 for the Bracket Contest at the end....so the 24 players qualifying will battle for the following...

1st- 1000.00
2nd- 600.00
3rd- 400.00
4th- 200.00
5th- 100.00

Yes, you are basically filling out a bracket sheet here, before all games start...

No point spreads...

You are just posting in threads, because we can post brackets online...

I actually thought about registering somewhere where we could each enter our picks, and it tracks the score, but too much trouble verifying who is who....this has worked well for last 2 years, it will work fine again....

Yes, AS STATED in the rules, you are basically filling out your brackets online here....we just do it in threads cuz we dont have the software to do it otherwise....there is no reason to make this more complicated than it is....

ALL ENTRIES for every round MUST be in before 11 a.m., est on Thursday....

You just fill out a bracket sheet at home, and copy your picks over to the appropriate threads....I have tried to make this as easy as possible....
