3 teams we haven't touched on much....

Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado.....I haven't really heard a peep from anyone about these three teams....I know they are in the Big 12 North and that means you are at best the 3rd or 4th best team in the Big 12, but these teams should be improved IMO...

Both Kansas and Nebraska have tough schedules.

KU has to go to or play @ Col, Okla, @ TTech, Neb, @ Tex, and finish with Mizzou all in consecutive weeks...Reesing is back, they have a gamebreaker at WR who not very many people have heard of...they have all 3 LB's back and should be able to score score score....the prob is on "D."

Nebraska has a schedule that features at trip to Blacksburg...then they too have to play @ Mizzou, TTech, then a 3 week stretch @ Baylor, Okla, and @ Kansas....they too should be good enough to contend for the B12N title and a shot to knock Texas or Oklahoma out of the Nat'l Title game...

Please feel free to contribute as usual gang...

And don't forget Colorado...they play "DIVISION 1 FOOOOOTTTBALLL"

Colorado will struggle to reach a bowl game. I think the Hawk comes of the Endangered Species list and is killed by CU.

This is the Big 12. Hire a coach that can do just that.

Chris Peterson better prove he can coach, when he goes somewhere or nobody is going to touch another Boise Coach.

I'm going to give Hawk one more season. My mind is far from made up on him. He's run into a little bad luck with player injuries for the last couple of years. If he can keep his team healthy then there is no more excuses for him to not do well. I have a feeling that Nebraska covers against FAU. But it's one of those games where I'm not sure how the new QB and his young WR's are going to perform. So it's kind of borderline with me.

Peterson has seen what has happened. I think he will be reluctant to leave Boise -- he has school age kids and genuinely seems to appreciate the quality of life there.

Jim Zorn qualifies as a former BSU coach that has had success. Kinda sorta.

Houston Nutt also has had some success.

Watched the UFC at my house with some friends and bought a few cases but nothing too crazy. Most of my spare winnings lately go to fixing my car. $1300 after the timing belt went and took the valves with it. Grr.
