Phx + 8.5 Suns have a rested Shaq, no Perkins or Allen for Boston. Advantage in paint for Phx ? Can they play ANY defense tho?


Bos - 8.5 Finally stop their skid with wins over Toronto and New Jersey.. not exactly powerhouses. Are they back for good..? Or was this a matter of weak opposition? This seems like too many points to me personally, but with all the dogs covering early games.. you gotta think some favs will cover late. Really can't decide on this game one way or another atm..

Mil + 6 Mil looked absolutely dreadful last game out vs LAC, Redd was cold, Ridnour was hoisting up brick after brick... No Bogut.



Por - 6 Por very good at home, loss last game out and first game back after long road trip. Should be fired up tonight imo... No Blake.

Cle + 5 Cle owned the series vs Lakers, No west, No big Z. Cle been sluggish on road lately, but I don't think that matters. They will bring their best game tonight and so will Lebron vs Lakers.




Lakers - 5 LA is on a 2 game skid losing to Orl and Sa. Haven't lost 3 in a row... in a long time. No Sasha,Farmar, or Walton. Huge revenge game for Lakers.. again tough call on this one. I've watched about every LA game and the question is will they come out like their normal selves letting teams hang around and play bad defense... OR Will they come out on a mission like they did vs the Celtics ? Kobe vs Lebron is the matchup, and Lebron has won it in the past... Why are the Lakers giving 5, seems about 3 points high to me. :think2:

lakers lost 2inarow both bin close games.. n cleveland without west n z on the road isnt a good sign.

n i just think with boston its time they get back to their winning ways. they thrashed nets last 2 of 3 games. n suns on a back2back

boston -8.5 = phx on a tought spot had to travel from canada after playing early yesterday in a high scoring game against toronto, b2b factor also i doubt shaq will play all game. really think boston is back the same team they had that long winning streak with the same strong defense at home.

cavaliers +5 = cavs have the better defense also lakers without some bench players, not saying that the cavs have big bench but lebron and kobe will have a showdown and i really think 5 is too much and the cavs will hang in there just like nuggets did against houston.

portland -6 = milwaukee is a different team on the road, a win against wizards doesnt make them better you saw what happen against clippers, also portland playing good ball at home bayless can replace blake without a problem, no bogut again tonight.

I think the best play left on the board is the under in the Clev / Lakers game. Nobody gets a 100 in this one

Lakers last 10 they have gave up over 100 in all but 1 game when they blew out Portland 100-86. They scored over 100 in all 10 of these games.

The game before this 10 game stretch was against Boston which they won 92-83.
I look for a similar effort from the Lakers tonight they will look at this game as something to prove and they will bring there defense.

Cleveland always brings there defensive but they will struggle on offense tonight.

My interpetation of the line is that it is set low so people will bite on the over and -5 is absolutely to high but Vegas knows the Lakers will bring it tonight.
