In-state rivalry, line is inflated because ISU was decimated by injuries and played HORRIBLY last season. ISU owned this rivalry 1998-2002.

Arkansas State +41

LSU defense is great, LSU offense is rebuilding w/ new QB.....take the 6 TDs and hang on!

As an Iowa Hawkeye fan, even I agree with you on the ISU vs Iowa game. This is too big of a number. Hawks will win but not by this number

I'd be reallll careful w/the Iowa game. I don't see ISU scoring in the game. Take for what it's worth.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I hope we all cash in. Viking611, I made a lot of $$ last year betting against ISU late in the season when they had cashed it in. I look for renewed enthusiasm in this rivalry and like the points, even against a Hawkeye team that was a covering machine last year. But, per your advice, I won't unload on the clones, just a regular wager....hate to rely on chronic losers to cover for you on a large wager.

I have attended EVERY Iowa vs ISU game. This game is ISU's season every year. I would like nothing more than to see Iowa win by 100 pts! But I just don't see it happening. I'm taking the points and it's a 5* selection for me.

Iowa State shouldnt score in this game, offensively. Iowa's offense is nothing special at all, however Iowa will have a score or two defensively. The Hawkeyes have a great special teams unit. It would surprise me if Iowa didnt block atleast one punt in the game. The number is right where it should be, I see a 27-3 final and i wont be betting either way.

As Jarbo said, "This game is ISU's season every year." It looks to me (as an outsider) that last year, the loss to Iowa (after four straight wins over Iowa) caused the Cyclones to pack it in for the season. I think the Cyclones' wretched performance in that 9-game ATS losing streak gives us a lot of line value here. Remember -- Iowa was only a 4-point favorite last year. Has the Iowa State talent level dropped off that badly the last couple years?
