EGD - we have discussed this in a past thread and will do so here.

the quicker you stop picking against UConn - the quicker you will stop losing so many bets. this game was NEVER close.

as i said earlier - there is NO WAY i am betting against diana taurasi at this stage. i know you will bet against her in the F4 if they play duke - and once again - you wil llose that bet, too.

as long as taurasi plays for UConn - NO WAY should you bet against her!

I've made money fading these ladies in the tournament & through the regular season. Tonight is no big deal for me. These ladies aren't as good as people claim they are & people are even more foolish to say she is the best women's cbb player ever. She is NOT better then Leslie, Miller, Bird, Holdsclaw, etc....

not gonna disagree on just about anything you said here - especially about who she is NOT better than - no argument there (cheryl miller on her worst day was better than taurasi on her best day). all i am saying is when we get to this level - and UConn is no longer laying 40-something points, don't bet against them. like you (i assume) i took ucsb saturday and never sweat it. unlike you - i will be on uconn in the F4 in what will most likely be a pick 'em - or close enough to it game where if you pick the SU winner it will also get you the ATS win, too.

Yeah I was all over UCSB & got the worse # probably to boot as I bet the opener of +17.5

I expect Connecticut to play Minnesota in the Final Four & I will gladly be all over Minnesota. UCONN won't stop McCarville & Whalen.

I feel I'm sitting pretty with my futures. I admit I will keep fading these ladies until the end. Some habits die hard.

I'm glad you agree on DT not being the best. I don't know what crack these people are smoking who say that but I want some as I'd make millions selling it.

I had LSU -1.5

I couldnt believe they made the Uconn 2nd half a PK em, after PSU only scored 13 in the 1st half.

I disagree about Taurasi, I do think she is the best ever. Only one close is Cheryl Miller. Holdsclaw is the overrated one.

disagree with ya railbird on DT

right off the bat i'd put:

cheryl miller
nancy lieberman
ann meyers

above her - w/o blinking an eye. also - in a game of 1 on 1 i'd take lisa leslie over DT, too.

DT is NOT the best player ever and to think so is ludicrous.

but - is DT one of the 10 best players ever? i could go for that - but #1 - please - don't make me laugh!

Im good freinds with Annie Meyers, if she was playing today, she would be just another player in the wnba, she got alot of undeserved attetion becasue of her brother Dave.

nancy lieberman good jumper, but very slow.

Lisa Leslie is a good post player who is mediocre outside of 10 feet and was always Thompsons little bitch.

Taurasi= Magic Johnson but a better shooter. She makes players around her better.

Cheryl Miller only one close.

Duke going to blow Minnesota out tommorrow. McCarvelle in foul trouble, Duke will win by 25. Duke can step it up on D, they deny the entry and Minnesota will have stretches where they wont score for 6 mins. Gophers only have 2 scoring options.

Coach Summitt is a screamer,
Im not very impressed with her. Tenn looks lost without their PG. Nevertheless, Tenn should have their way inside against Stanford, Trotter looks pathetic. Im playing the UNDER. If anyone is playing Stanford, I would not take the points but do a Moneyline.

UCONN wins the whole thing.

Summit is the best coach out there. Stanford could give them fits though but if they shut Powell down they could be alright. If Duke plays the same way they did against La Tech, Min will beat them by 15 easily.

i've reffed a ton of games she has coached with DJ, fron njb to now HS. this past season since DJ was on JV (and you know where he attends - so no need to mention it here) she helped out the coach, too. i know the JV coach for a long time since we work together a lot in njb games as well as when we ref @ los cab - and speaking of that place i have 3 games to ref tuesday from 6-9P. if you can get in - stop by and say hello.

agree about UConn, too.

EGD, I went with Georgia @+2.0 (Final 62-60 LSU) and it looked really good until the very end. Wish i would have had +3.0. UConn looked very good last night and i think Baylor was the better team on Sunday night vs Tennessee. Good Luck!!!!!

Simply LOVE Stanford tonight vs. Tenn.Stanford is big up front and the girls are simply the best from 3 point land.

They gave me a scare +1 vs. Vandy the other night. They beat a very good Oaklahoma team 2 back.A very nice CONFIDENT dog tonight at 9:00 pm.
Tenn. is no power house this year. They just have a dike as a coach dressed up in men's clothes.

Dukes coach is pathetic, I played Minny at half, but lost by a hook on Tenn half.

Tennessee is the 4th best team of the 4 left.

I underrated Minnesota

Who has the Final 4 lines out? I like Minny +, and LSU no matter what the line is.
