orlando has had plenty of chances to be up in this series, other than game 1 they have played well against the lakers

game 2
an opportunity to win with the last second shot before going into OT

game 4
another opportunity to win with a last second shot before OT

missed free throws and poor play down the stretch have prevented the magics from being ahead 3-1 instead of down 1-3

lakers experience in the finals seems to be enough to give them that slight edge especially in the last few minutes of the game

Hard to say the Magic SHOULD be up 3-1, but anyone who says or thinks they couldn't be or had every opportunity to be is just in denial.........

Last night was supposed to be a fix and nobody could ever convince me otherwise. The foul disparity in the 1st and 4th was obvious enough on its own, but when you actually watch how completely opposite the calls were on both ends of the court, it is undeniable.

That's what makes the Lakers win that much more impressive to me. Down by 12 at the half. The Lakers bigs all sitting with 2 fouls by the end of the 1 qtr?? Salvatorre and Co. did everything they could for Orlando. But between the missed free throws by Shaquille O'Howard and Turk, coupled with the big shots by Fisher, it still wasn't enough.

Awesome game to watch, especially knowing that Stern and his crew took it in the ass!

Technically, Lakers only lost by 2, and considering all these idiots saying, "Orlando could've won if they hit their free throws," well, by the same token, if Kobe didn't go an uncharacteristic 5-10 at the line, Lakers would've won.

Could've, would've, should've... at the end of the day, there's a reason why the Lakers win close games on a consistent basis.
