2nd Half Totals (11/9)

I am 5-4 so far on these. "Biggies" are 2-1. I will post tonight's plays in this thread.

First one is................:

Dallas 2H UNDER 100.5 (BIGGIE)

Last season I would have played the OVER on these two teams at 216 or so.....but they seem to have learned to play some D....and the first have has shown that. Orlando should tighten up in the second half and try to protect their lead. I like this one a whole bunch.

Next case:

This one has already begun to slow down after a torrid start. I look for the lid to stay on the basket in the second half and am putting a "regular" play on....

So far so good tonight. I hope to keep it going.

This next one is another I am just calling a "regular" play. Bulls went 0-13 from 3 in the first half and if they find their stroke, this game could be high scoring. I don't think they will though and Steve Nash (the master of clock control) is point guard for Phoenix sitting on a 13 point lead.

I think Canada Steve slows this on down in the second half.

Chicago 2H UNDER 100

Just when you think I only play unders, along comes Seattle-Denver. I realize they ar playing in the thin Colorado air, so this is just a "regular" play. But Denver should come back in the second half of this one and I look for a close finish, which means fouling and/or OT.

Ok.....3-0 sop far with one game that can still go either way.

Last game of the night is just a "regular" as I see Sacto trying to sit on this lead.

Sorry about that Seattle play. I guess I need to stick to UNDERS.

I will be doing this again tomorrow night....but I leave for Vegas Thursday morning (backgammon tourney) and will be gone through the weekend.

I am cautiously optomistic about the last Sacto play. Hopefully it will hold up.

Pretty amazing loss that last one as Toronto gets two offensive rebounds to keep Sacto from dribbling out the clock at the end.

Damn !!!

3-2 for the night (sucks after a 3-0 start) brings the second half totals record to 8-6, with the "biggies" off to a 3-1 start.

See you guys tomorrow night....and I should be up with my full game totals around the middle of next week.
