1. might be jinxing but by saying it but i see this as a gift. seattle is just not that great. they have a seemingly suffocating defense but its against teams with anemic offenses. how was their defense against the decent offenses they plays? the panthers, the bengals, the cards, steelers... not so impressive.

2. since january 1, seattle has gone seattle --->az, az ---->seattle, seattle --->minn, minn--->seattle, and will be going seattle ---->charlotte. that's alot of mileage and time zones in a short amount of time.

3. the panthers are not the vikings, they have been in the playoffs the last couple years. minn missed a chip shot fg to win it, seattle had the muffed snap turn into a 35 yd pass, and peterson fumble. don't they they get these breaks vs the panthers.

4. these teams have played each other numerous times over the past 3-4 years, they know each other and panthers are not intimidated.

5. more reasons later...

1. just think az is better at every facet of the game by a large margin.
2. i was feeling pretty good about myself last week when i picked the skins and they were up 11-0 in the 1st q, then they kind of melted down on defense although they had opportunities. i think if desean scores a td on his play and they didn't miss that extra point later the redskins end up winning that game. keep in mind they were trying to call a timeout when gb scored their 1st td. just don't think gb will get that lucky twice again.
3.it was a blowout last time these teams played and it wasn't that long ago. with the seahawks/vikings game i just never bought (and still don't) that the seahawks are that good. with this game, there's no question that the cards are as good as their record and stats say they are.
4. devante parker being injured doesnt' help out the packers already piss poor wr corp.

kc +5
1. i was leaning kc from the beginning but then the bellicek black eye and chandler jones OD pushed me all the way. i'm taking kc to at least cover the 5 points, with a decent chance for the upset.
2. pats are dying a death by 1000 paper cuts. injuries, injuries injuries,. taken one at a time no big deal, but added together become insurmountable.
3. kc smoked the pats last year. doesnt have much bearing on this game except that it shows they are not intimidated by the pats mystique. plus everyone knows andy reid loses championship games, not divisional games lol

more reasons for all these later when i have more time.

im with you, im just not all that impressed with seattle..factor in a another plane trip and chancellor trying to cover olsen and i see a 7 point win here ..

for all the people patting seattle on the back for "finding a way to win" it allowed an average qb to put his team into position for a kick that gets made 99% of the time...

Agreed, forgot to mention that Olsen should have a career day with kamcchancellor covering him. Kam was set to be the goat for the Seattle loss before Blair Walsh snatched defeat from the jaws of victory
