b/g, ive been into the hockey action pretty heavily for the last 2 weeks but i havent been posting anything. i was on a 7-0 run until last night when i went 0-2..
First off lets look at tonights games, Nashville +1/2 is a very good value selection, they have beaten detroit 3 of 4 this year, nashville is one of the best home teams in the nhl and detroit is barely above .500 on the road. i live about 90 miles south of nashville and listen almost exclusively to their home station. believe me, the people like to beat the redwings. kudo's to both these teams however. I attend church with a 2yr old suffering from brain cancer and is currently in a hospital in nashville. both teams sent things to him, i recieved an email today with an update and the childs father told me this.. this just means that i cant hate the redwings too bad tonight..
as for the calgary game, no way would i take calgary in this one.. the kings are very hot, only 1 loss in their last 12 road games during regulation, they beat calgary 4-1 in their only matchup this year. kings 5 wins and 3 ties over last 10, flames only 4 wins and 1 tie. now i will give you this, they are winless in last 4 to calgary going 0-1-1-2.
my only plays have been bos/atl over 5 (-1.25), nj (ml -1.25) and home teams -3 goals.. now i may play another one or 2 tonight as i find value in nashville, islanders, and san jose, even though san jose is laying a little much,, it doesnt start until late, so it may depend on how the evening is going..
