1-3 last night. Cornell was a total flop. La Tech ran into a UTEP team that couldn't miss a three-point shot and Columbia fell a few points short of covering. Dartmouth did win a tight one for me. I have a lot of potential plays today, but I will be betting most close to game time. I'll try to get the early and afternoon games up by noon, and post the later games in the afternoon. One disclaimer: Saturdays have been tough on me.

814 San Diego -1 vs. St. Mary's 2 units
-- San Diego has played very well at home. St. Mary's comes in after playing 3 OTs on Thursday against San Francisco. St. Mary's hasn't played all that well on the road this year.

Some early games:

715 Providence +9.5 at Syracuse 1 unit
-- Providence has started to play more to their potential. They are the team that scares a lot of the heavyweights in the Big East. Big day up in Syracuse today, as Jim B. will probably get win 700. But Providence should make it an interesting game.

724 St. Johns +13 vs. Duke 1 unit
-- Probably shouldn't bet against Duke again as they've burned me twice lately. But this is a national TV game and seems like a good spot for St. Johns to get some respect. Duke wins, but SJ keeps it inside the inflated number.

760 Texas A&M -2 vs. Texas Tech 2 units
-- I like A&M at home laying short chalk against a T-Tech team that has not played well on the road.

732 Alabama -2.5 vs. Kentucky 1 unit
-- Taking Alabama based on the fact they've played so well at home this year (undefeated) while Kentucky's road schedule in the SEC has been kind of soft. Should be a good game, but look for Alabama to pull away late in the second half.

-- Big different between Cincy's home and road performances. TCU is a competitive team. This one should be close.

-- Books finally moving to 2.5, but will probably move back down. G-Tech very bad on the road. Miami very good at home. Problem with making it 2 units is that I think Georgia Tech is much better than they are playing. Should be a close one.
