2-4 on Monday. My fourth losing day in a row. I made a huge error regarding the live movement on Wofford, so those who played it late got a win. I listened to the game on the internet broadcast and the bet lost on a last-second three pointer. That pretty much sums up the day. N. Mexico and Oklahoma should have been weighted higher, etc. Plus, I played too much chalk. Not a good day all around.

One so far for tonight:
742 LSU PK vs. Alabama 2 units
-- Continue to play LSU at home, a place where they play great basketball. Crimson Tide are formidable foes, but this game should play out similar to Saturday's game against Florida.

Still looking at a few others.

This is a great spot to play against Bama. They have been getting fat at home playing easy games.A win for here LSU locks up a bid in my opinion. My strong play for the night is a 2.5* on TAM.What do you think of that game?

Low Tide,

We think alike more often than not. Yes, my second play today is going to be on A&M for two units. This team is another team that has played lights out a home, only losing to the conference heavyweights. Meanwhile, Iowa St. comes in with a lot of attention. The fact is they are still not a great road team, though they've got some nice wins lately. I wanted to wait on the line to see if it trickles down at all. Everyone saw Iowa St. win in OT on Saturday. I was thinking the money eventually comes in on them.

I think it is a good play. Only other play I liked today was T-Tech. However, the line went from 4.5 to 5.5 overnight, so I am going to pass on that one.

And as soon as I post, the line moves the opposite way I thought it would.

744 Texas A&M -2 vs. Iowa St. 2 units
-- See above thread for my reasoning. A&M very good at home.

Hey Apollo. I'm on ISU tonight. aTm is playing well, especially at home, but Iowa State is on FIRE! If you're a believer in trends, ISU is 7-0 in their last 7 ATS and SU, and I'm surprised to see aTm favored here. I love home dogs, and I would be all over aTm if they were getting points at home, but I also love riding strong trends until they stopping paying. I guess one of us will be happy tomorrow. Apollo, I'm with you on A&M. I think the Iowa State play looks like a trap so I'm playing contrarian with you. Good luck. tulsa

Low Tide,

I like Minny too. The +101 at Pinny looked good a few minutes ago. Not sure what it is now. Early money is tough to read at Pinny some nights. Sometimes it's just a set up so when they up the limits in the morning the sharp money comes and whacks the good line. Saw it some many times this week. Oklahoma was a good example. Other nights it's like last night. They moved the vig on LSU all morning and the it's all the sudden pick. I'll never figure it out for sure.

Another look maybe St. Johns if it goes up. I'll post in the morning. I'm going light tomorrow. A lot of close games lately. LSU should never have let Bama back in that game. Very bad half court offense in the closing minutes. They didn't attack the hoop at all. Pass around the outside and then shoot the 3. I hate that. That big man for LSU will be unreal if he works hard in the off season. A little uncoordinated, but my God. He's got great potential. Anyhow, I'll take any victory I can get though.

Glad A&M took care of business. That team is unbelieveable in the second half at home. Check the box scores this year. Unreal what they've done to some teams in the final 20. Billy Gillipsie is one of the best half time adjustment coaches. Either that or he is a great motivator.

Take care. I'll post tomorrow.
