I imagine that you also must both like the + 120 offered...given both those factors the Question to ask is?

If you can answer yes to this question then a wager on NJ ML + 120 is wise.
Now let us consider he flip side...In order to break even laying -130 (as you would have to with philly) you would need to win 56.5% of your bets. So we have to ask ourselves...do we think Philly has a 57% chance of winning or tieing this game. If so Philly may be a good bet.

Motivation: Philadelphia may have more motivation to win this game...first of all it is a home game & Flyers Fans were voted in a Poll recently as being the most unruly, secondly there is the Revenge Factor going for the Flyers & will help increase their motivation. Additionally there is the big trade...you can bet the Flyers Players will be very motivated to give Burke a win in his first game...He is also a veteren goaltender who (although I do not think will be the saviour of the Flyers) can on any given night have a great game.

savant, im a devils fan,, they won me a lot of $$$$ last year in their run for the Cup.. so if i can get them as a small favorite or dog then i normally like them. and yes the trend points their way but like i said this should be a great matchup and ill concede that it could go either way.. I have not made a hockey wager yet tonight, i just got up from nap and am heading to the gym in 1/2hr.. I played the nets-2 (1H) and i may just sit tight with it....... and i like LA over minny, they had guys out in their last game and have done well lately.. Remember that i said i look at trends as only about 15-20% of my process, i put much greater emphasis in getting the better and hotter team, LA has the better record and is the hotter team and is the dog to boot... But once more, i havent put any money on the table as of yet..

SSI - I think you said that sarcastically but Black & Gold represents ALL the lousy Pittsburgh sports teams. Every pro sports team in Pittsburgh sports the Black & Gold. This came together in the 70's when this city was deemed the City of Champions. I was just a kid then so vague memories of the glory days only. Now I have the Pirates which have been bad for over a decade now, the cash-strapped Penguins who have crashed and burned and the Steelers are in a downswing all of a sudden now too.

yeah the vandy thing was a joke,, im still beaming from my NJ-2 (1H) win, i thought it was a loser for sure, i didnt play any college games today.. Played LA+1/2, NJ-2, Sea-5.5.. may just sit tight, ive got into playing a few 1st half plays and have had some success as of late..
