just keep in mind pepperdine is the oakland raiders of college hoops - they have to be the dumbest team i have ever seen.
lean to irvine here because they have the better coach (yes - i know paul westphal coaches pepperidge farm - but irvine's pat douglas is a better coach then westphal) and play more structured. irvine is also very tough to beat at home.
anything can happen here but i'll take the more fundamentally sound team playing at a place they rarely lose.

Irvine has a good team and a big frontline. But how does that team have a hard time with Princeton. I don't know, I saw Pepperdine do a pretty solid job on David Harrison vs Colorado earlier in the year and they got the W.He's 7'0! Pepperdine has played a pretty tough schedule including a road game to Oklahoma ST. where they only lost by 2. They may feel like they can hold there own on the road plus there is a revenge factor. This should be a good game !
