If anyone can tell me how this is fair please explain it to me. It certainly is selfish as the person involved who knows full well they have a huge advantage against biological women. Only way this is going to end is by someone taking it to the Supreme Court. It has to stop now. Imagine if you are a female swimmer who went to University of Pennsylvania on an athletic scholarship. Your spot is taken by the transgender swimmer who is much faster than you but it's a total farce.
