The Indians were ordered to go back to the 2010 compact. Sports betting is not legal in Florida again. Wonder what the Injuns do?

Their site is still up and I can't imagine them not paying everyone if they close shop. However, they are going to try and get a stay of the injunction so that they can continue. They probably will prevail.

A federal judge denied the tribes motion to stay the order prohibiting them from operating their sportsbook. However, the injuns are ignoring the order and are illegally continuing taking bets. We will see if the feds come in and shut down their servers. Ballsy move by the injuns.

Hold on, in both cases the current state of Florida sportsbetting was held illegal. Personally all I want is competition in the state.

Written into the bill was the removal of "decoupling ' which has lead to the end of real Jai-Alai in Florida

They also had to decouple because dog racing was ruled illegal so the dog track (Big Easy f/k/a Mardi Gras Casino) could stay open without dog racing.
