I dont think skin color played a role to put this on page 22.

There was a blurb on the front page to say turn to page 22 so the reader at least knew where to look.

The school in Florida, if you look at demographics, i'd say its a good 50/50 split (60/40 tops) regarding how the parents vote (I live less than 2 miles from the school and I interact with plenty of parents there on a daily basis)
