One week ago did some live betting with Heritage Sports.... Gave me a line of +22.5 on MD -Eastern Shore ( playing Temple) while the actual line was +24.5, called them up immediately ( as opposed to waiting 30 minutes) and said the line is off ...said well our 3rd party provider wont change the line so nothing we can do . Of Course Temple beats MD by 23 and Im out 500.

2 nights ago, Oregon playing BYU on ESPN (not that hard to keep track of the score and set a line) -- I had a 2 $500 live betting bets on BYU +13 placed at 7:44pm. Heritage accepted accepted the bets and confirmed them . Then they pulled the game off the board about 10 minutes after my bet. Heritage kept my bets in my account through Halftime . I decided well BYU is up a bunch why dont a place a hedge and take Oregon -6.5 in the 2nd half. Heritage accepted the bet and when BYU was still shooting the lights out on ESPN and I have a 1000 winner at 8:12pm they decided they were going to lose the 1000 bet and unilaterally decided to cancel my bets . So Im out 1000 and also out the 250 hedge I had place on Oregon. I called Heritage immediately and they said it was a bad line and their 3rd party provider cancelled the bet and there is nothing they can do. I spoke with Supervisor Ray who was completely useless and could not pull up the bets on my account and had to continuously give him ticket numbers to see wagers. He kept blaming his 3rd party provider over and over again and theres nothing we can do and Im out 500 + 500 +250 == 1250.

Interesting isnt it how you bring up a bad line to Heritage immediately (MD a week ago ) and theres nothing they can do, but yet if they feel like they made a mistake they will wait through halftime and wait until about 12 miutes left in the game and decide to cancel your bet.

I would stay away completely from doing any live betting with these guys. Heads Heritage wins and Tails Customer loses . The lines are awful the cust svc is terrible and the hold times to try and talk to someone unhelpful like Ray . They dont stand behind their customers and just blame their 3rd party provider who cant set a line on a game on ESPN. Im not even sure supervisor Ray understood what a hedge was was too busy telling me their live betting was separate from their regular book so nothing can be done. With so many choiices out there not sure why anyone would conitnue to use these crooks.

I won't lie, Heritage is my favorite offshore book.

What happens seems to have been just bad coincidence.

Let's be honest we all know that customer service with offshore books isn't always the best.

But one thing that is for sure is Heritage is one of, if not the best offshore book out there.

Sorry to hear what happened to you.

Best of luck with your bets.

Explain the coincidence ? basically they can make a mistake and cancel your bets while you report a problem and they wont do a damn thing. The waiting 30 minutes to decide to cancel a bet is priceless on an ESPN game. Tough to set a line on those espn games ya know esp for a dedicated 3rd party providerr ? Maybe Heritage was rooting for a Oregon comeback before deciding to cancel and save some coin ! When in doubt always blame the 3rd party provider says Ray the wagering supervisor

Im glad they are your favorite book you seem to have a low bar .... but if you get screwed over dont say you werent advised they are awful and dont really care about customers.

Well first of all and not trying to be disparaging but in game is such a disadvantage. You see a line -145 and the other side is -125 that’s criminal they can’t lose at that margin. And not saying l haven’t done but when l was getting out of a bet with middle opportunity but the middle wasn’t why. That being said l can remember a time where they just give you the benefit of the doubt you know customer service. And especially in current climate with land base coming into forefront. Competition is the pillar of our capitalist society. Also you can see that the live lines are computer generated and programmed to fail safe bad lines. No one at the controls waited on your bet before canceling. It was the bot but still they get more goodwill refunding than not and should of called it a mulligan

You lost me there in your post above a few times. My middle opportunity was BYU was up 18 and I thought I had a nice opporutnity looking good +1000 and then add on another 250 if BYU only won by 12.. Byu ended up rolling and I was fine losing the hedge until Heritage decided to pull the rug from underneath my feet. Not really the point.Heritage also claims to have some of the lowest juice in the industry -- my point is they end up screwing you in other ways like me out of 1750

On an ESPN game if you are a sportsbook cant set a damn line correctly , you cant sit on the bet and wait through halftime to see if the Favorite comes back and then tell your cusomer you are cancelling when its clear who is winning the game. And then blame your 3rd party provider like they are in charge and Heritage has nothing to do with it. Its just bad business. have a policy that is fair to both sides; if you cant figure out or your 3rd party provider cant figure it out stop offering live betting.

Fuck heritage that is shady bs. How can you defend them and even come up with rationale thought on why in game betting has a different set of rules. If you take peoples money on any wager and bet is confirmed then there’s no after thought

Are you saying that the odds showed at +24.5 and you only received +22.5?

Sounds like the lines changed mid bet, it's best not to accept all line changes.

Regarding the BYU wager, let's be real BYU +13 was an obvious error. BYU won that game from the tip and never trailed. They smashed Oregon.

They have rules written for this type of gross error on purpose. You took a shot at them and they used the rules that you agreed to when creating your account.

In-Progress Wagering

  • Heritage Sports reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious mistake line.
That was truly an obvious error.

That's why people should not bet on fancy stuff. Then you come on these forum and cry about it.

Most of my bets are at Offshore books. Vegas Sportsbooks are scared. I always play Full game or nothing. I always buy points.

I never had issues with any of the Offshore books. I trust them more than Vegas books as a matter of fact. I always provide accurate personal information to them and cash out like a boss.

Don't be a crook to them and don't try to one up on them. You will never have any issues to cry about.
