1U Mich -18.5
1U ARK +5.5 ** If you're playing this game it's important to note injuries. Ark likely to be down 2 Starters on the O-line, that's a big loss for this run heavy team. However, TAMU is without their starting QB King for the foreseeable future and has a few key weapons banged up. My angle is that this is a spot where the Aggies have traditionally underperformed and I think they will struggle to move the ball against AR. They struggled to move the ball against Colorodo w/o king and this ARK Defense is better. If ARK is without their starting tackle Dalton Wagner and Center Stromberg they could also struggle to move the ball. I like ARK to win this straight up in a low scoring affair, but I'll take the points in a injury ridden game. I will likely play the Under as well, waiting for my site to post Totals for the week. **

2U Sparty -5.5 - They will get their revenge for an embarrassing loss last year. Rutgers had early success against bad teams because they were able to win the turnover margin and are hardly penalized. Sparty is +5 in the turnover margin and will take care of the ball and get enough stops to put this one away. Schiano has done a great job w/ Rutgers so far, but they hit a false summit the first 3 weeks of the season.
1U Texas +3.5 - OU looks prime for an upset. Texas got their wake up call at Arkansas. Since then they've rolled- putting up a 70 burger on Texas Tech and surviving against a competitive TCU team on the road with this game on deck. I think OU still has some work to do offensively, I just have more faith in Texas in this spot this year. Should be a fun game to watch.
1U Bama -18 - TAMU O is in shambles. Not to mention Jimbos booster comments. While that's kind of his job, it doesn't mean Nick won't remember. The Number 1 spot is going to be key for the Playoffs this year as well because the Number 4 team at this point looks to be up in the air and probably going ot be a lot less solid of an opponent. So I think Bama rolls here, pads that resume and reminds the committee who Daddy is.
1U PSU +1.5 - I just think there's value on the dog in this fight. Penn State has been tested more than Iowa in my opinion and they're +6 in the turnover margin. I think that's key in this game because Iowa leads the nation in turnover Margin at +12 (pretty ridiculous). Now remember, Iowa throttled Maryland last week with 5 (maybe 6?) turnovers in the first half... So that's skewed. I think Penn State takes care of the football enough to get out of Iowa with a win. However, If Iowa can force enough chaos- this can roll the other way.
1U PSU/ Iowa Over 41- It's possible the 3rd quarter comes to a close and I'm wondering what i was thinking going over with these two defenses on the field. However, 41 is a low number for College football. I think both of these offenses have found a bit of a rhythm over the last few weeks and I feel like this is a game where both teams will do enough to see the endzone a few times, or could create a short field situation or 2 that helps with time it takes to put points on the board. So I'll take the over and watch Team Totals when they come out.

1U- Nebraska -4 - Get right game. Nebraska has had some tough losses against solid teams, losing 3 close games to Top 10 teams. They took Sparty to OT and if not for getting Martinez'd may have taken my Wolverines to OT. On the other hand, Minnesota has been underwhelming and a bit of a roller coaster. I think Nebraska response to Frost after an emotional loss last weekend and they get back on track this week. I can see them winning this by 2 scores.
1U Rutgers -2 - Another get right game. I don't think Rutgers is a strong team still, but they've played a brutal stretch @Michigan and home dates w/ OSU and Sparty in consecutive weeks. This team is ready for a break- but first they go to Northwestern and get a win to get some positive vibes heading into their bye. Northwestern's offense is struggling and has a lot less firepower then their last 3 matchups; Rutgers takes care of business.
1U GA -22.5 - This is a tough number, I was hoping to be able to buy it to 21. But I think KY will struggle in Athens. KY Won the FL game despite being outgained by a significant margin. This GA D is going to give up less than FL did and their Offense will capitalize on opportunities and not commit 15 penalties. If GA goes up early, it will be tough for KY to get momentum back on the road and I can see GA winning this game similarly to the Arkansas matchup.
