Besides the traditional Stocks, Bonds and Cryptocurrency, what other investments do you have?

I don't have any of my earned money invested in any of the above mentioned. However, I do have massively profiting trading and investment strategies that many forces from all walks of life would love to get their hands on.

No, I will not be selling a course like a fake guru. Though, I will be posting a blog specifically on Cryptocurrency and its deception in a near future.

I, myself have plowed my money into Land (not real estate), Natural energy, Transportation, and Medical Infrastructures. All physical assets.

I would like to briefly find out about your various investments or suggestions on a surface level.

I've got about $20k invested at Realty Mogul. I just had a $10K investment payout w/ Realty Shares (it paid back $13,950 in 30 months). I have some money w/ Streetshares (and some Angel shares w/ them) - doing well, earns a safe 5% return. And I have about $15k w/ Fundrise.

Does my mortgage free house count?

I had 12k on the street a while back. Got $750 a month til it was paid lump sum. Took just over 2 years. Was awesome lol.

Good stuff there. I'll be looking into it.

Mortgage free house is an Asset. An asset that potentially appreciates in value over a course of time. So yes, it counts.

I bought my first house with half cash and half financed. Paid off quick a few years ago. My retirement Horse betting money in case Sports Betting and Investment thing doesn't work out.

I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Most of these are "crowd funding" type of investments, which I like to put a little into. RealyShares is no longer in business, they sold their holdings to iintoo.com (another crowd sourcing realty company).

Realty Mogul is decent, it makes a safe 6% monthly dividend (it was 8%) and the shares have gone up in price. I started w/ $15k about 4 years ago and it's just over $20k right now.

Another sight that I'm just starting with is Yieldstreet.com, they have alternative investments that make 8-20% for anywhere from 6 month to 36+ month investments. Very legit company.

Fundrise is another real estate crowd funding company. I have around $15k there. I also have about $3k in there pre-IPO shares, so if they ever go public I "could" get a nice return if the shares shoot up.

I had over $150k w/ Streetshares - they are/were a small business lending company. They sold "bonds", which paid 5% daily compounding interest. I've been very happy with them. You can take your money out once a year during a 2-week window w/ no penalty, otherwise if you want to take your money there's a 1% penalty - so it's like buying a CD. I had two accounts, opened about 6 months apart, so that I could take money out twice a year without penalty. I later bought $50k worth of 'angel shares' and they are looking to sell the company - so they are no longer taking any new money (which sucks, because I would have kept loading up my "safe" money). They are currently working a deal w/ Ally Bank to buy their proprietary software. If this happens my $50k will pay out about $80k+ (for about a $30k return). I was hoping this would have already happened, but I guess these deals take a while.
