3- bought 100 shares of BEAM for $101/sh CASH now $$37750
4-sold a FEB 19 $110 strike call against the shares for $500 (5%) up front profit and another 10 % if it hits it cash $38250 profit $3500
5- Sold to open 2 MARCH 19 $90 STRIKE PUTS for $800 each but freezing $18000 cash (8.9%) Cash avail now $21850 profit $5100
summarizing we have $5100 in profit despite the disaster with SEOVF and DM barely moving . and we expect the 500 shares of SRNE being exercised at $13 for another $1350 in profits
so $6450 in profits with a monthly goal of $4000 and a week still to go..TRUST THE SYSTEM ..Not every trade is a winner. Accept that and move on

Market getting crazy, SI was up to $148 premarket I got in at $42.50 and $62 Got CLNE premarket for $14.90 and already up to $17.66. I will not count that profit here since no one else probably got it in premarket trading. I will still buy it for $17.60 we only need it to go up .70 cents to hit our 4% . instead of putting a $20 limit sale in, we will sell 2 call options with a feb 19th $20 strike for $85 each =$170 giving us 4.8 profit on those $200 shares. the other 300 shares we will let ride as I can see this as a $25 stock with their BP joint venture.
As for MARA I got shot out of that trade with Bitcoin shooting over $43000 . Will probably buy a Disney option instead

Well, I bought when MF suggested and - unfortunately for me - it was riding up and I bought it high ($1.75/average - after I added some more when it tanked under $1, before that I was in it around $1.88). I originally bought it in my Roth, then when it tanked I added some to my non-retirement brokerage. I made a small profit today on the run up in the non-retirement account, so I sold. I'm down about 5% now in the Roth.
I hit my stop loss at $1.20 and lost almost 5k

we bought 2 Silvergate options symbol SI . We bought the August 20th (that was the furthest one out) STRIKE price $100 for $7300 ea. The breakeven is $173 bout it was in the 160s premarket today. The way things are going with Cryptos and this is a Bank in San Francisco that specializes in crypto , I expect to get close to that breakeven by months end and to be over $225 -$250 by year end.

thanks Coach, imagine if I didn't blow $5000 on Senova SEOVF...It is really simple , if you can not buy options ,just follow the stocks..We will be having a nice gain if BEAM holds up. I could have sold At $120 but I have a feeling the dip is a precursor to some good things. You usually have a week run before some profit taking then BAM . that is why most charts are jagged from left to right. the good ones on a upward trend and the bad on a downward. Buy the dip and sell the peak.

I had to completely change my plan for today. I expected the Disney options to spike after their earnings announcement. I will hold them until they hit at least $4200 ea, which I am confident will happen . that is the advantage of buying LONG TERM OPTIONS .
