Hi hopefully I can get a smoking gun at the RX to help me settle a problem I have with Hard Rock Casino Online online, I have been playing at the casino for over four months and I’ll have a favorite game called MOON TEMPLE that I play all the time ,within the last four weeks at least 4 times when I to the bonus round my game cuts out and just discontinues ,normally you would be able to pick up the game once you re-login but this does not allow it to happen I have a complaint to Hard Rock Casino many times of which I have copies of my chats that I am willing to share with you guys along with screenshots of what is actually happening when the game cuts out. The screenshots clearly show that I am owed 8 free games along with the error I am getting.when I contact the casino they are telling me they need to send it to the Game Provider, and that there is nothing they can do , ! It’s not there Fault! Please help me I will send you ANY documentation that you may need to help me out ! This is not acceptable action that this Casino is taking!
