So on my block a railroad line runs behind our neighborhood. On the other side of the wall, 1 house over, I just learned a homeless person put up a tent behind my neighbor. My neighbor has fruit trees that hang over the wall. My neighbor threatened him once this week to get his shit and leave. He hasn't yet.

My neighbor and I are planning some sinister shit. Don't worry we won't harm him physically. But we will make it miserable enough for him to pack his shit and move the fuck on.

Nah. Douse his camp w/ bleach and amonia and they leave on their own. Much more efficient.
