Here is my reasoning:

Washington/Cleveland Under 181
This series has gone Under 9 of the Last 12.

Washington is 1-11 Under in their L12 as the dogs of 3 points or less.

Miami (+4')
The Wolves come off a dominating win over Orlando, but they are banged up and this is a letdown game when they were hyped after learning of Spree and Cassell's injuries.

Minnesota is 5-19 ATS on the road when total is under 185 points.

The Wolves are also 2-13 ATS on the road after a road win.

Meanwhile, Miami is 14-5 ATS at home with at least 3 days rest.

Milwaukee (-3')
I am still riding the Bucks train as I have the entire first couple of weeks.

Orlando (+9)
The Magic are 8-3 ATS the L11 in the series.

Houston is 0-8-1 ATS at home with 3 days rest.

I think with Orlando losing at home so much, that going on the road is a good thing for them.

San Antonio (+5)
The Mavs are 2-16 ATS their L18 as Road Favs (0-3 this year).

Meanwhile, the Spurs are 11-1 ATS as a dog after a loss.

Atlanta/Portland Under 181
This series has gone under 8 of the L12 times. Meanwhile, the Hawks have gone Under 13 of the last 15 when visiting teams in the Pacific Division. They simply do not shoot well on the road.
