It isn't purely up to me, but if it was I would more than likely figure out a way for memphis, DC, Xeno, and YOU to not be able to view or read or post in each others threads ever. I think that would more than likely solve most of the dramatics...just saying.

I would recommend to just silently enjoy his vacation and then keep the drama out going forward. He won't be inclined to pop-off either if he isn't provoked. This will insure that if he acts up again and if we do decide to cut him you still will be a member. That is the best advice I can offer at this time.
